Description:
- Advanced expertise in LabWare LIMS configuration, customization, and API utilization.
- Laboratory workflow design and digitization.
- Programming skills: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node/React), SQL, LIMS basics.
- Integrating LIMS with lab sequencers, ERP, CRM, and web technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Regulatory compliance: ISO and/or GLP familiarity.
- Business analysis and project management proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into solutions that map to technology capabilities.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to collaborate with existing subject matter experts across multiple functions.
- Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize issues and drive progress in ambiguous situations.
- Familiarity with code quality and linting tools and a strong testing/automation mindset.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and support highly customized LabWare LIMS environments.
- Design and digitize laboratory workflows.
- Develop and maintain LabWare APIs and integrations.
- Integrate LIMS with lab sequencers, ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications.
- Develop solutions using Python, Java, JavaScript (Node/React), and SQL.
- Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Troubleshoot complex LabWare LIMS issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and GLP standards.
- Support business analysis, project management, testing, and deployment activities.

- Experience in Animal Health, Pharma, Biotech, or Clinical Laboratory environments is preferred.
- CBAP, PMP, or relevant regulatory certifications are a plus.
Salary : $70 - $80
