HR Analyst

Job Title: HR Analyst - Global Mobility
Location: Arlington, VA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Analyst - Global Mobility to support international employee transfers and domestic relocation programs. This role focuses on data management, payroll support, reporting, immigration data accuracy, and coordination with employees and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support international transfers and domestic relocation activities
• Maintain employee records and enter data into HR systems
• Prepare payroll documents, transfer letters, and reports
• Track and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, and internal teams
• Support immigration data accuracy and compliance
• Assist with audits and Global Mobility projects
• Schedule meetings and provide administrative support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• HR or Global Mobility experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with SAP HR is a plus
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
