Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Personnel Manager to support Headquarters United States Air Force (HAF/A10). In this role, you will provide advisory assistance for civilian strategic human capital planning, considering manpower allocations, resources, and DoD/Air Force policies to recruit and retain a highly qualified civilian workforce for AF/A10. The goal of this support is to build and sustain the capability and capacity of the nuclear and CWMD workforce.
The HAF/A10 contract delivers technical, analytical, operational, programmatic, and planning subject-matter expertise to HAF/A10 and its component divisions to advance national security strategic plans, policies, concepts, and initiatives.
This is a full-time, on-site position located at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC.
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must possess a Top Secret level clearance with (SCI, SAP, and SAR) eligibility - and maintain it
Education: Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline; to include five (5) years of DoD experience
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: TS/SCI
Education: Master's degree
Years of Experience: Eight (8) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline; to include five (5) years of DoD experience

- Support the effective recruitment, management, and professional development of the Treaty Compliance Officer workforce.
- Provide continuous advisory support to AF/A10E on strategic human capital planning.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex civilian personnel actions (e.g., recruit-fills, management-directed reassignments, and strategic position classifications).
- Author, review, and optimize critical position descriptions (PDs) and career progression frameworks.
- Synthesize complex workforce analytics into high-level briefings, strategic reports, and formal coordination packages.
