Overview
Apogee has an opportunity for a Business Operations Analyst to provide contractor site reachback support for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO) . This position provides acquisition program management support, studies and analysis assistance , and reporting support.
This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel to government sites.
Responsibilities
Acquisition Program Management Support:
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearance
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience: Three (3) years of program support or business operation experience
Additional Experience
Location: Contractor Site (National - Remote)
Remote: This is a full-time remote position
Travel: Travel up to 10% may be required, per the customer's discretion

Responsibilities
Acquisition Program Management Support:
- Provide acquisition program management support activities
- Assist in document preparation and review
- Support data collection and analysis
- Maintain tracking systems and databases
- Support execution of Studies & Analysis (S&A) tasks
- Conduct research and data gathering
- Assist in analysis and report preparation
- Prepare presentations and documentation
- Support manpower analysis activities
- Assist in data collection and modeling
- Prepare analysis documentation
- Support resource planning activities
- Support Monthly Status Report preparation
- Assist in meeting coordination and minutes
- Track action items and deliverables
- Maintain program files and documentation
Minimum Experience:

Additional Experience
- Knowledge of DoD programs and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
