Apogee Solutions is seeking a VTC and Mobile Device Technician to support the United States Navy's COMNAVSURFLANT in Norfolk, VA. Qualified candidates must have a Secret clearance.
The VTC and Mobile Device Technician will provide technical servicers pertaining to maintenance and mobilization support of VTC systems. SURFLANT is responsible for manning, training and equipping surface forces and shore activities to ensure a capable force for conducting prompt and sustained operations in support of national interests.
The VTC and Mobile Device Technician will:
- Provide configuration and end user support for government mobile devices.
- Ensure VTC systems are operational daily while ensuring the command is aware of any outages and scheduled maintenance.
- Schedule VTC resources, and initiate video conferences.
Required Experience:
- Active DOD Secret clearance
- Possess 5 years of experience working with Cisco VTC systems, Active Directory databases, and Microsoft Office 365
