The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating accurate, production-ready visual designs for a wide variety of signage and large-format printed products. This role collaborates closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure designs meet customer expectations, brand standards, and fabrication requirements. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of signage materials and production processes.
- Convert customer-provided artwork into print-ready files, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Create original designs based on customer requirements, brand guidelines, and project specifications
- Prepare files for large-format printing, cutting, and fabrication (including bleeds, scaling, and color setup)
- Ensure designs comply with manufacturing constraints, installation requirements, and safety standards
- Proof and revise designs based on customer feedback and internal review
- Coordinate with sales and production to clarify scope, timelines, materials, and any design challenges
- Maintain organized digital files and project documentation
- Meet project deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
- Assist with design standards, templates, and brand consistency as needed
- Experience designing for large-format print and signage
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and branding
- Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and file preparation
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets, specs, and measurements accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
