Position
- The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is the U.S. Government agency in charge of designing, building, launching, and maintaining America’s intelligence satellites.
- Develop. Acquire. Launch. Operate.
What You'll Do
- Collect, track, and manage change tickets in support of project costing tool development and sustainment
- Work with software developers and engineers coordinating/facilitating tool development and sustainment
- Perform data management for all IT procurement and software asset management related information
- Provide process improvement recommendations for all IT procurement and software asset management and related processes
- Produce IT procurement and software asset management reports using suite of tools to include SAP and ServiceNow
Required
- Associate's Degree (experience can be substituted for degree)
- Experience in management of Enterprise Licensing (execution, agreements, licensing, and user software interaction)
- Proficiency with HelpNow and SAP Software
Strongly Desired Skills
- Experience relating to software asset management, management of enterprise licensing to include execution, agreements, licensing, and user software interaction across large-scale IT domains
- Can work individually and as part of a team; self-starter
- Previous Westfield's or other IC experience
