This role is suited for a seasoned cybersecurity leader who can operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels, advising executives while building practical, right‑sized controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current security posture and identify critical gaps
- Develop and implement a scalable, long‑term security roadmap aligned with business growth
- Establish and mature governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC2, etc.)
- Oversee incident response readiness, threat monitoring, and escalation protocols
- Advise executive leadership on risk prioritization, security investments, and tooling
- Partner with engineering, IT, HR, and operations to embed a security‑first culture
- Provide clear, executive‑level reporting on risks, controls, and strategic recommendations

- Proven 8-10 plus years of experience as a CISO, vCISO, or senior cybersecurity executive
