Overview
Apogee has an exciting opportunity for an Supply Chain Analyst in Support of the United States Space Force; Space Systems Command (SSC) Military Communications (MilComm) and Positioning, Navigation & Timing (PNT) Directorate. As an Acquisition Analyst you will provide a broad range of acquisition capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research, development, production, operations and maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities

Responsibilities
- Coordinate facility space requirements and personnel co-location needs by evaluating occupancy, tracking approvals, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with Government facility regulations and Aerospace Co-Location agreements.
- Manage monthly and weekly facilities-related meetings with Aerospace partners, including developing briefings, capturing action items, documenting minutes, and ensuring timely distribution of meeting materials.
- Support facility operations and refurbishment efforts—such as furniture replacement, IT closet maintenance, office repairs, and common-area upkeep—by coordinating with Aerospace facilities managers and Directorate facility/IT coordinators.
- Track, document, and facilitate internal office realignments, personnel relocations, and workspace assignments across 3-letter and 4-letter organizations, ensuring smooth integration of incoming personnel.
- Maintain compliance with DoD, Air Force, Space Force, and SSC facility standards, coordinating office modifications and ensuring space management regulations are met.
- Execute asset management duties including asset turn-in, IT equipment teardown/setup, supply receipt and distribution, and support for in/out-processing activities in alignment with Directorate IT/Supply office requirements.
- Monitor and report monthly building occupancy levels, maintain facility usage records, and ensure Directorate contractor personnel are accurately accounted for per Facilities Use Agreements.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance.
Education: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience to include:
5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, facilities coordination, or asset management within a DoD, federal, aerospace, or highly regulated environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating facilities actions, managing inventory/asset processes, tracking workflow in task management systems, and producing accurate reports for senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 12 years’ experience in acquisition program/project management or business operations
