Overview
Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Radar Systems Engineer. This role supports radar, survivability, and EW capability development, test, sustainment, and modernization activities for advanced weapon systems within the Fighters & Advanced Aircraft community (Bombers Directorate and F-35 Program) directorate within AFLCMC.
This is a full-time position located on-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB) in Dayton, Ohio.

Responsibilities
• Provide expert radar and EW engineering support across system design, integration, test, and sustainment activities.• Analyze radar and EW system performance, threat environments, and countermeasure effectiveness.• Support requirements development, system specifications, and interface control documentation.• Assist government leads with technical evaluations of contractor designs, test plans, and technical data.• Support laboratory, ground, and flight test planning, execution, and analysis.• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.• Support configuration management, deficiency resolution, and technical reviews.Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must posses and maintain a Top Secret w/SCI eligibility Education: ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplineYears of Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant DoD radar/EW engineering experienceAdditional Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting acquisition and test programs
