Overview
Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Enterprise Architect supporting US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I).
NEC serves as the primary enterprise systems engineering, enterprise architecture, and technical authority for the NC3 Enterprise within the Department of War. As the lead NC3 Systems Engineering Enterprise Center, it applies current best practices and translates mission and operational requirements into effective technical specifications and solutions.
This is a full-time position at Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities
- Establishing system information requirements Designing architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross‐functional requirements and interfaces.
- Evaluating problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develops appropriate corrective actions
- Working with the team to develop detailed architecture artifacts for subsets of the NC3 Enterprise, as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have a minimum of TS with ability to obtain SCI eligibility at time of application.Education: BS or BA in engineering, computer science, or educational equivalentYears of Experience: 3 years of experience
- Working with NC2 (command control) capabilities, procedures, and platforms.
- Experience should include developing architecture artifacts per industry standards
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Cameo (or equivalent) modeling tool
