This is a vital role responsible for ensuring our high-quality kits are built correctly and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
- Precision Production: Assemble and package model rocket kits, following specific work instructions to ensure every part is included.
- Efficient Shipping: Prepare and package daily customer orders for shipment, maintaining a high pace without sacrificing accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving new stock, labeling items, and keeping our warehouse organized and "pick-ready."
- Team Support: Provide clear signals to the purchasing team when supplies are low and help maintain a safe, clean, and professional workspace.
- Detail-Focused: You notice the small things and take pride in "doing it right the first time."
- Process-Driven: You enjoy following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and finding ways to work more efficiently.
- Reliable: You show up ready to work and can be counted on by your teammates.
- Tech-Comfortable: You have basic computer skills and are willing to learn Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) and our internal systems.
- Type: Full-time, Hourly (40 hours/week)
- Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, CO
- Reports To: Production Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment (standing, lifting, moving).
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic math and computer skills.
