Pay
Starting at $19.25/hour plus $2.00 shift differentials and overtime opportunities
Shift Options
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- A/B Days (2-2-3): 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- A/B Nights (2-2-3): 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Receive, pick, pack, and ship materials accurately
- Manage inventory, including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking and reporting
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in orders or inventory
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and SOPs
- Perform basic computer and data entry tasks
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks)
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory storage
- Support all Material Handler I responsibilities through cross-training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to operate basic material handling equipment
- Ability to use and read measuring devices (tape measures)
- Ability to use hand tools (hammer, wrench, level, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry)
- Comprehend and follow instructions
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain appropriate work pace
- Ensure accuracy in completed work
- Support a continuous improvement culture
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and dust
- Work near machinery with moving parts while following strict safety protocols
- Shift-based schedules with potential overtime, including weekends
- Team-oriented setting focused on safety and collaboration
