Position Summary
We are seeking a Temporary Human Resources Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and compliant hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Maintain a high volume of open requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Manage requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and accurate records.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 and ATS software to manage recruiting workflows.
• Support recruiting events, social media recruiting, and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, organizational policies, and recruiting procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of Human Resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience optimizing recruitment processes.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
• Experience with recruitment reporting, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
  

Work Environment

• Full-time, temporary, on-site position.
• Office environment with prolonged computer work.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
