These are hands-on roles, built at the GEMBA, focused on coaching leaders, stabilizing Daily Management, and enabling sustainable performance β not consultants or project management or desk-based positions.

You will coach supervisors, planners, dispatchers, and job experts to:
- Own SQDC and Daily Management
- Reduce variability impacting CMPH and throughput
