Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor to foster a welcoming environment
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files
- Support office management activities including inventory tracking, supply ordering
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to type accurately and quickly while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with proofreading, filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques
