We’ve recently partnered with a leading wireless telecommunications provider and are expanding quickly as we grow our campaign efforts. To support this expansion, we’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Team Member to join our team.
As a Customer Success Team Member, you’ll represent AT&T through in-person customer engagement, sales, and service initiatives within local businesses. You’ll play an important role in creating positive customer experiences, increasing brand awareness, and helping customers find wireless solutions that fit their needs. Because you’ll be representing both our Customer Success Team Member team and the campaign, professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude are essential.

Customer Success Team Member Daily Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T through professional, in-person customer interactions and sales campaigns
- Educate customers on available wireless plans, features, and service options
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions based on their individual preferences
- Build positive relationships with customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Support customer acquisition, service enrollments, and referral generation
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve customer experiences and campaign performance
- Collaborate with other Customer Success Team Members to share successful sales strategies and market insights
- Track daily activities and performance while working toward individual and team goals
- Maintain a professional and knowledgeable presence when representing the campaign
Customer Success Team Member Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Motivated to learn sales, customer engagement, and business development skills
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and campaign strategies
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or B2B environments is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from the office is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory as needed
