Responsibilities include:
- Providing personalized care and support services to clients with various healthcare needs.
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, grooming, and medication administration.
- Encouraging independence and participation in community life through training programs and recreational activities.
- Transporting clients to and from activities and appointments.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a similar capacity.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid NJ Driver's license.
- DDD Training.
- The ability to travel up to 30 miles for work.
- Weekend availability.
