Cleaning Tech Lead- Part Time Evenings (Janitorial)

Job Skills / Requirements

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Part-Time Evening Cleaning Lead. This position is responsible not only for performing cleaning duties but also for overseeing evening operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting team members as needed.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Approximately 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including:
• • Dusting and wiping down surfaces
  • Emptying trash and replacing liners
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Maintain cleanliness across offices, breakrooms, conference rooms, and lobby areas
• Oversee evening cleaning operations and ensure all tasks are completed to standard
• Conduct quality checks and address any deficiencies
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Communicate with management regarding performance, issues, or supply needs

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Must provide Social Security information during the application process
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team
• Strong attention to detail and accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior commercial cleaning experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred but not required)
