- Process orders, payments, documentation, and account updates
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide clear, helpful information
- Maintain accurate logs of inventory movement, daily activity, and customer interactions
- Perform routine warehouse checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization
- Support opening/closing procedures and complete daily administrative duties
- Assist with order follow-ups, scheduling, and ensuring company procedures are followed
- Support warehouse tasks as needed to keep operations running efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or front-desk support
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office
- Reliability in handling payments, documentation, and accurate data entry
- Comfort performing light physical tasks and routine facility checks
- Ability to pass a background check
