- Full-time, permanent role
- Schedule: Monday–Friday occasional Saturdays (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
- You will work 5 days per week, even when assigned a Saturday

- Assist with rental paperwork, protection plans, and applicable promotions
- Maintain accurate customer files, sales logs, and daily cash/transaction records
- Perform regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and operational readiness
- Support delinquency processes, including courtesy calls and auction prep
- Reconcile daily payments and ensure accurate posting of rent and fees
- Report and escalate maintenance or property issues
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and consistent customer experience every day
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Office skills are an asset
- Comfortable working some Saturdays as part of a regular 5-day week
