What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and online — and guide them through rental options
- Convert inquiries into rentals (training provided) and explain unit features, pricing, and protection plans
- Complete rental agreements, renewals, move-outs, and customer follow-up
- Process payments, daily reconciliation, and manage overdue accounts professionally
- Update unit availability, pricing, and accurate inventory tracking
- Keep the property clean, safe, and presentable — walkthroughs, lock checks, and basic facility upkeep
- Monitor lighting, security cameras, and access systems to ensure everything is functioning properly
- Share feedback and ideas that help improve the customer experience and sales results
- Support your team with miscellaneous operational tasks — each day looks a little different
- Experience in retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or property management
- Friendly communication style and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and problem-solve
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic Microsoft Office tools
- High attention to detail — especially with payments, contracts, and unit inventory
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend shifts
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
