Location: Parsippany, NJ
Pay: $17.16/hr | $18.16/hr weekends
Position: Part-Time

Shift: Saturday & Sunday 7AM - 3PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at our Beverwyck Group Home in Parsippany, NJ. In this role, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living skills: cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, and maintaining healthy routines

• Support personal care, hygiene, and basic medical needs

• Encourage social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement

• Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• 20 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Consent to state and federal criminal background checks

• Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD

• Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
