Direct Care Professionals will:
- Provide quality care to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Transport individuals to appointments and activities
- Maintain detailed documentation using an online system
- Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking meals, laundry, cleaning and personal hygiene
- Administer medications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or HS equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver license and clean MVR record
- Obtains all required training, skills, and certifications required (CPR and First Aid Certs for example)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Previous experience working with persons who struggle with intellectual, developmental, or behavioral health challenges preferred
