Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations
- Schedule meetings and appointments; manage calendars and meeting logistics
- Answer incoming calls, provide information to callers, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Take dictation, transcribe notes, and prepare correspondence, memos, and reports
- Research information and assist in creating presentations and other business documents
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Prepare, submit, and track invoices and expense reports
- Assist with compiling data and supporting the development of the annual budget
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete tasks accurately
- Work under direct supervision and report to a supervisor or manager
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 5 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or related role
- Working knowledge of standard administrative concepts, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
