🌟 What You’ll Do:
✨ Determine eligibility for care programs
✨ Interview clients and prepare case data for attorney review
✨ Manage and document casework accurately
✨ Draft legal documents and perform research
✨ Coordinate schedules and communicate with stakeholders
✨ Use multiple databases and Microsoft tools
✨ Attend workgroup meetings and provide team support
🧠 What You Bring:
🎓 Bachelor’s or Associate degree
📚 Paralegal, legal, or customer service experience is a plus
💻 Strong Microsoft Office skills
📝 Excellent organization, documentation, and communication
⏱️ Ability to manage deadlines independently
🤔 Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
🏡 Work Environment & Training:
✔️ Hybrid schedule — onsite remote
✔️ Must be local to Middle TN
✔️ 6-week training (virtual onsite), attendance required
✔️ 37.5-hour workweek
