**COMPENSATION: $75,000 - $100,000 DOE**
Overall Responsibility:
This position will work as a Project Manager for the Low Voltage Division and will manage project responsibilities in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and adheres to all company policies. This position reports to the Low Voltage Division Manager.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities.
- Contribute to client & project team management/relationship development.
- Attending jobsite meetings.
- Develop, manage & coordinate construction schedule.
- Ensure all deadlines are met.
- BIM coordination
- Assistance with Budgeting & Estimating
- Document control for submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.
- Maintain drawings and specifications.
- Material releases/expediting
- Field supervision for support as needed.
- Administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain safety related documentation as needed.
- Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the company or as directed by executives.
- Manage all required weekly paperwork for the project ensuring they are complete and submitted on time.
- Maintain a high level of customer and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure all projects are accurately tracked through Spectrum and Exact time.
- Maintain all project info organized on the company server.
- Attending project hand off with the estimating manager when approval is received.
- Utilize time management and organization skills to service multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage weekly required paperwork for all direct report low voltage team members.
- Ensure all projects are completed within the project budget.
- Achieve revenue goals as determined by the yearly divisional budget.
As required and directed, the following activities, including, but not limited to:
- Demonstrates continuous improvement in field process quality and cost performance. Maintains high efficiency in the utilization of company resources. Minimizes lost or non-productive time. Helps project future company resource needs.
- Maintains a skilled construction workforce. Reviews construction personnel annually or as assigned by Project Manager.
- Ensures APIC quality standards are upheld through regular quality control inspections.
- Ensures that all field employment actions are done properly and well documented.
- Leads Field Process Improvement actions.
- Maintains a high level of Field safety consciousness.
- Ensures that all field employees have adequate understanding of the work they are performing. Directs field-training sessions per process.
- Through training, direction, and other communication, ensures that construction operations operate efficiently and profitably.
- Ensures that field personnel meet schedule, cost, and technical requirements.
- Reviews job costs regularly and takes prompt action on problem items.
- Represents the company in a professional manner, maintaining good communication with other construction supervisors and owner representatives.
