The Quality Inspector helps ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards,
regulatory requirements, and customer expectations, while learning and supporting the team's
continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities will include:

The Quality Inspector helps ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards,
regulatory requirements, and customer expectations, while learning and supporting the team's
continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities will include:
- Inspect and test materials, components, and finished products for compliance with specifications and requirements
- Record inspection data, test results, and audit documentation accurately and on time
- Report defects, quality concerns, and trends to the QA Manager
- Assist with investigations of quality issues and support corrective action follow-up
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to flag and resolve quality concerns
- Follow established quality procedures and help identify opportunities for process improvement
- Participate in daily and weekly QA meetings
- Support a positive, safe, and productive work environment
- Complete assigned tasks accurately, safely, and on time
- Monitor lab and inspection supplies and report needs to the QA Manager
- Learn to use inspection tools, gauges, and quality software as part of on-the-job training
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a technical or quality field a plus
- 1-2 years of quality, manufacturing, or inspection experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings, or willingness to learn
- Comfortable using basic inspection tools (calipers, gauges) or willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with quality concepts (ISO 9001, Lean, root cause analysis) a plus, not required
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
