APi Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support corporate hiring needs and provide flexible recruiting support to our operating companies as needed. This role partners closely with hiring leaders to deliver a high-quality, people-first recruiting experience while driving efficient, scalable hiring outcomes.


The Recruiter will manage full cycle recruiting, coach and support hiring leaders, assess talent for fit and potential, and contribute to enterprise recruiting projects that strengthen our overall hiring capabilities. This role operates within the Oracle Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and collaborates with a broader Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.


Key Responsibilities


Full Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting from intake through offer and acceptance.
  • Conduct thorough intake meetings to understand business needs, role requirements, and success profiles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to role complexity, urgency, and talent availability.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and alignment with APi Group values.


Hiring Leader Partnership & Coaching

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on recruiting strategy, market insights, and best practices.
  • Coach hiring leaders on effective interviewing, candidate evaluation, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Support consistent, timely, and engaging candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.


Talent Assessment & Candidate Experience

  • Evaluate talent using structured interviews and assessment techniques to ensure quality hiring decisions.
  • Deliver a positive, transparent, and respectful candidate experience that reflects APi Group’s culture and purpose.
  • Provide clear communication to candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.


Projects & Enterprise Support

  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, tools, training, or hiring leader enablement.
  • Support recruiting needs across APi Group’s operating companies as capacity and priorities require.
  • Partner with the broader People Team and TA colleagues to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.


Systems, Data & Compliance

  • Manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and documentation within the Oracle ATS.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with internal policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Track and maintain accurate recruiting data to support reporting and continuous improvement.


Qualifications


Basic Qualifications

  • 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate or professional roles.
  • Experience managing full cycle recruiting in a fast paced or matrixed environment.
  • Strong ability to partner with and influence hiring leaders.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Oracle ATS experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple business units or decentralized organizations.
  • Exposure to recruiting projects, process improvement, or hiring leader training.
  • Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and structured interviewing techniques.
  • Experience recruiting across a variety of job families (e.g., corporate, technical, or professional roles).


Benefits and Compensation

This role is based in our New Brighton, MN office. The salary range for this position is $67,000–$100,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus program based on company performance.
