APi Group in New Brighton, Minnesota, is hiring an Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst who will provide onsite support for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, optimization, and continued evolution of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR functionality for North America. This role partners with the People Centers of Excellence, business stakeholders, IT, and implementation partners to resolve system issues, support project delivery, and improve HR processes and teammate experience.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Core HR processes, employee data, organizational structures, and the worker lifecycle. Candidates may have experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud or another enterprise HCM/HRIS platform and will have the opportunity to build deeper Oracle configuration expertise through hands-on work, training, and partnership with internal subject matter experts and system implementers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner and End-User Support: Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting guidance to HR end users and COE partners; document, prioritize, and help resolve incoming system requests.
- Core HR: Support the maintenance and evolution of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR functionality, including organizational structures, worker records, job and position management, and HCM security role assignments.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process mapping and documentation of Core HR workflows; support SOP development and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enhance the teammate experience.
- Time, Absence, and Cross-Module Support: Apply an understanding of how Core HR data and processes affect Time and Labor, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and other downstream systems. Support issue investigation, requirements gathering, and cross-functional testing as needed.
- Integration Support and Testing: Support requirements gathering, testing, and validation of integrations between Core HR and downstream systems, including Payroll, Benefits, Time, and Absence. Participate in regression, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing to confirm expected data flows and business outcomes.
- Data Management: Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Oracle HCM Cloud. Assist with mass data updates, data validation, and issue resolution using tools such as HCM Data Loader and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, as applicable.
- Reporting and Analytics: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards that support HR operations, compliance, and decision-making.
- Release Management: Support Oracle HCM quarterly release cycles by assessing feature impacts, coordinating functional testing, facilitating user acceptance testing, and documenting test results and follow-up actions.
- Documentation and Training: Maintain system documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles. Deliver or support end-user and super-user training on Core HR features, self-service capabilities, and process changes.
- SOX and Compliance Controls: Follow established SOX change-management controls by ensuring system changes are appropriately requested, authorized, tested, documented, and deployed. Support user access reviews and provide documentation to internal and external auditors, as requested.
Required Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in HRIS, HCM systems support, HR operations, business analysis, or systems administration.
- Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud or another enterprise HCM platform in a functional, administrative, HR operations, or end-user support capacity.
- Working knowledge of Core HR business processes and data, including employee and contingent worker lifecycle events, organizational hierarchies, jobs, positions, worker records, and data quality practices.
- Familiarity with how Core HR processes and data interact with one or more related areas, such as Time and Labor, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, or downstream integrations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, business partners, and external implementation or support partners; able to communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to work onsite four days per week at the designated office location.
Benefits and Compensation
This role is based in our New Brighton, MN office. The salary range for this position is $67,700-101,500 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on individual and company performance.
