You’ll help customers understand Verizon FiOS services, answer questions, and provide a welcoming experience throughout the customer journey.
Your Day-to-Day as an Entry Level Customer Representative
- Engage customers in friendly, professional conversations and create a positive first impression.
- Build an understanding of Verizon FiOS products and services so you can confidently communicate relevant information.
- Listen to customers and ask questions that help uncover their needs, preferences, and service priorities.
- Present available options in a clear and straightforward manner without overwhelming customers with unnecessary information.
- Guide customers through appropriate enrollment steps while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide responsive customer service by addressing questions, clarifying information, and helping customers understand their available options.
- Coordinate with team members to stay organized, support daily objectives, and contribute to a productive workplace.
What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Customer Representative
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate comfortably with a variety of customers.
- Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to listen carefully and respond to customer questions thoughtfully.
- Reliable work habits and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Retail, wireless, or customer service experience is a plus, but prior industry experience is not required.
