Job Overview:
As an Entry-Level Retail Sales Assistant we are looking for an individual who can effectively develop relationships with our customers and implement new marketing strategies to increase brand visibility. The entry level position will offer the opportunity to learn new skills that will help build experience needed for all future career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally within a retail environment
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet weekly performance standards and goals
- Be a primary example to the team
