We’re looking for a Maintenance Inventory Specialist to help keep our operations running efficiently by managing the flow of maintenance parts and supplies that support our 24/7 production teams. This is a Monday-Friday day shift role!
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control parts inventory across all Tennessee facilities.
- Create, process, and track maintenance-related purchase orders.
- Provide weekly purchase order spending and monthly on-hand inventory reports.
- Research, source, and order replacement parts as needed.
- Work closely with vendors and maintenance personnel to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Support a 24/7 maintenance operation and assist with maintenance tasks when needed.
- Mentor and train other technicians and production team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a maintenance training program, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
- 8–10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
- Proficient with standard office and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in varying temperature environments.
