What You’ll Do

· Build, set, and strip concrete forms

· Construct dock framing and decking systems

· Perform carpentry related to seawalls and marine structures

· Read and work from construction drawings and layouts

· Measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials

· Work safely and efficiently with an experienced crew

· Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 1 year of carpentry or concrete formwork experience

· Marine, dock, or deck construction experience preferred but not required

· Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate layout work

· Comfortable using hand and power tools

· Personal tools are a plus but not required

· Valid driver’s license

· Reliable transportation to and from work

· Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work outdoors

· Comfortable working around water and able to swim for safety purposes

· Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to quality workmanship

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
