We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction and carpentry tasks with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will contribute to residential projects, remodeling, restoration, and repair jobs, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and safety standards are maintained throughout every phase of the work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, carpentry or woodworking within residential or restoration industries.
- Strong knowledge of construction plans and interpreting technical drawings accurately.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with various construction materials.
- Knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall installation, plastering techniques, caulking methods, stucco application, siding, roofing.
- Prior work on construction sites with an emphasis on safety practices related to power tool use and site hazards.
