Paralegal Job Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as primary client contact, answering phones, greeting clients, providing professional communication, and managing client expectations.
- Manage client matters efficiently from inception through trial and post-trial proceedings.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, hearings, mediations, and meetings while managing multiple calendars.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, court documents, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence.
- Assist attorneys with discovery process, document production, exhibit preparation, witness materials, trial binders, and all phases of trial readiness.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Proven ability to be proactive, hands-on, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research, case management software, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work with different attorneys in various practice areas, including civil litigation, family law, probate litigation, business law and criminal law.
- Constructively work in a team environment.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Paralegal certificate is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Family Law experience is a plus.
