Required qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, Salesforce APIs, and Copado.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
- Experience developing rich and responsive user interfaces for customer-facing experiences.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including: o Profiles and permission sets
- Roles and sharing rules
- External-user access
- Experience Cloud sharing and visibility
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and external system connectivity.
- Experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools, version control, testing, and release management.
- Ability to work independently, provide technical leadership, and mentor other developers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred qualifications • Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications. • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
certification.
Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with OmniStudio implementation in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Amazon Connect, CTI integrations, and contact center modernization.
- Experience with Copado for enterprise deployment automation and release management.
- Experience with customer self-service, knowledge bases, case deflection, and authenticated customer experiences.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, DevOps practices, automated testing, and CI/CD.
