Duration: Full-time with Apexon
Required Skills
- Application Help Desk experience
- Problem-solving & Analytical skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Microsoft products like Word, Excel, etc.
- Preference will be given to local candidates
Responsibilities:
- This is an application-related Helpdesk position and not a computer hardware, software, or networking-related help desk position.
- Candidates will be trained on Microsoft custom-built applications & will have to provide helpdesk support for these applications.
- Candidates will have to work through the helpdesk tickets assigned to them towards resolution by understanding the issue and working towards a resolution.
- Preferred candidates are those who have exposure to help desk tools, documentation, escalation process & troubleshooting. This position will also involve minimal testing.
