AI/ML Engineer
Experience Required:
- 5 years of hands-on Machine Learning (ML) engineering experience.
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms — supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design.
- Proven experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Experience working with AI agents and related technologies.
Certifications (Good to have):
- AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (highly preferred)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional
Tools & Platforms:
- AWS Bedrock
- SageMaker
Responsibilities:
- Participate in Discovery sessions and help implement GenAI and agentic AI capabilities.
- Support agent creation, deployment, and evaluation workflows.
- Work on integration with MCP, agent gateway, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), observability, and content sphere components.
- Conduct evaluations, documentations, and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions.
