Role Description:
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between on-site teams and offshore engineering teams (India).
- Manage and support the execution of facility upgrade projects including terminals, tank farms, pipelines, and salt dome storage.
- Support scope definition, design reviews, HAZOPs, estimates, procurement, scheduling, and construction.
- Provide multi-discipline support and resolve operational issues across electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Develop work packages, draft proposals, and perform precise field verification and data collection.
- Interface with valves, breakers, PLCs, cables, and instrumentation systems.
- Coordinate with Business Unit stakeholders and vendors.
- Ensure timely communication with project managers and design teams.
- Support quality assurance, vendor coordination, and documentation.
- Participate in project metrics reporting and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- 5–10 years of field engineering experience in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I).
- Completion of a Design/Drafting curriculum from an accredited institution (preferred).
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
- Ability to work across time zones (India/US).
- AutoCAD
- PLCs and Instrumentation Systems
- Electrical & Instrument Design
- Power System Calculations (SKM, ETAP)
- Field Engineering & Oil & Gas Design
- FEED & Detail Design knowledge
- Interface knowledge of Mechanical, Piping, and Civil disciplines
You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
