- Proficiency in Excel to effectively manage and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint to create engaging presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect seamlessly with multiple departments to gather relevant information and insights.
- Coordinating meetings with project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones.
- Updating supplier API spreadsheets to maintain formal tracking
- Proactively reaching out to vendors to facilitate communication and streamline procurement processes.
- Reviewing client contracts to ensure compliance and understanding of project requirements.
- Self-starter mentality with the drive to take initiative and tackle tasks independently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision
