Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Local Driver to join our team.
- Operate commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers and refrigerated trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Plan and execute delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, pickups, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
