Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns for follow-ups or sales opportunities
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer databases and CRM systems
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Support client services by processing orders, returns, or exchanges efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, call center, or client services roles preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing skills
- Experience with outbound calling and sales is advantageous
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions
- Previous cash handling experience is beneficial but not mandatory
