Job Summary
We are looking for a Drywall Estimator/Project Manager to oversee drywall projects from bidding to completion. This role involves preparing accurate estimates, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with field teams, and working with suppliers and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Duties
- Prepare drywall estimates using BuzzBID (similar to OST & QB)
- Review plans, specs, and site conditions to develop project proposals
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
- Perpare material takeoffs, negotiate pricing with suppliers and order materials.
- Coordinate with field teams to track progress and resolve issues
- Manage budgets, cost control, and financial tracking
- Handle contract administration including RFIs, change orders, and scope changes
- Lead project meetings and maintain project schedules
- Use eSUB for document management and collaboration.
- Attend meetings at the jobsite when requiered.
Experience
- Experience in drywall and metal stud frmaing estimating or field experience.
- Background in construction project management or coordination
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
