What You’ll Do

• Lead our overnight ER service with full technician support
• Manage a wide range of emergency cases and procedures
• Collaborate with referring vets who trust our team
• Bring your ideas, your insight, and your personality — you’ll be heard here
• Practice medicine with autonomy, not corporate scripts

What You’ll Bring

• DVM/VMD Maryland license (or ability to get one)
• 2 years of ER/critical care experience preferred
• Steady hands, clear thinking, and a sense of humor never hurts
• A team-first approach — we don’t do lone wolves here

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from accredited university
• Ability to perform essential ER duties confidently
• Strong communication skills
• Solid medical reasoning and dosing/math accuracy
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Ready to learn our systems (Instinct experience a bonus)
