Qualifications:What You’ll Do
You’ll work cases that challenge you, not bore you. Expect to:
- Own triage with confidence
- Place IVs, central lines, NG/OG tubes
- Manage anesthesia for critical procedures
- Perform CPR as part of a trained, coordinated team
- Use your brain: CRIs, fluid plans, monitoring trends, interpreting changes
- Assist with advanced diagnostics, radiographs, and procedures
- Communicate clearly with clients during their hardest moments
- Partner with doctors and techs to move cases forward efficiently
- Document accurately and stay two steps ahead of patient needs
