Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Parking Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth parking experience for our customers. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist them with parking their vehicles.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, including those with manual transmission, ensuring proper handling.
- Provide valet parking services when required, demonstrating excellent driving skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area while ensuring all vehicles are parked securely.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing receipts.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking procedures, policies, and any inquiries they may have.
- Assist in managing the flow of traffic in the parking area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with valet parking operations is a plus.
- Experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting can be beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic retail math is essential for managing transactions.
