We are looking for a safe, courteous, and reliable Employee Shuttle Driver to become an essential part of our team. In this role, you won't just drive a vehicle; you will ensure our employees start and end their days on a positive note by providing a safe, comfortable, and punctual commute. Weekly Shifts:
- AM shifts 5:30am-10:30am= 5hrs
- PM shifts 2pm-11pm= 8hrs (with a 1 hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and punctually transport employees between designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Provide a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all passengers, assisting with boarding and disembarking as needed.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs promptly to ensure a clean and reliable shuttle.
- Clearly communicate schedule updates, route changes, and other important information to passengers and the operations team.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily mileage, passenger counts, and any incident reports.
- Assist passengers with luggage or equipment, which may require occasional heavy lifting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in shuttle driving or similar roles such as delivery driver, bus driving, or limousine services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly to passengers and team members.
- Valid Florida driver's license, and commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred; must meet all Florida driving regulations.
- A commitment to safety and a strong understanding of traffic laws are essential.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Requirements):
- A valid Florida Driver's License.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (shuttle, bus, delivery, or similar).
- An impeccable driving record and a steadfast commitment to safety.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have U.S. work authorization.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse group of people.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Exact Salary; $17.00 per hour, biweekly paycheck.
