Apex Systems is looking to add multiple Shipping/Receiving Associates to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing client located in Lexington, MA. We are looking to set up virtual interviews for qualified candidates as early as this week, this will be a very quick interview process!

Position Description:

- Issuance and maintain GMP Raw Material and General Supply inventory accuracy via the company ERP system.
- Conduct and maintain daily cycle count activities.
- Receive and Quarantine raw materials in the GMP warehouse via the company ERP system.
- Maintain warehouse in a constant state of organization and GMP compliance.
- Maintain GMP cold chain equipment in a constant state of the organization and GMP compliance - including changing charts and liquid nitrogen tanks.
- Package and ship bulk drug substance to Contract Manufacturer fill sites.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license. To include the ability to operate all material handling equipment operated in the Supply Chain Warehouse Operations
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience working in a GMP environment
- Previous experience working with an ERP inventory management system such as SAP
