Job Description:
Position: Veeva Vault RIM System Admin
Location: 100% Remote (Ideally East Coast)
Multi-year project with potential Full-time
Position Requirements:
- 5 years of total hands-on Veeva System administration experience
- 3 years of Veeva Rim experience
- Vault Platform Certified Administrator OR Veeva Vault Platform Certified White Belt
- Veeva System administration experience (troubleshooting and fixing system experience)
- Have a strong understanding of Veeva from a functional / business side
- Strong understanding of Veeva eTMF OR CTMS
- Support and Manage the Veeva RIM and Veeva eTMF/CTMS
- Manage system users, roles and permissions
- Provide techno-functional expertise and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Manage and facilitate package deployments
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify enhancements, upgrades and create a change management process
- Create, build, and/or manage reports and dashboards
- System configuration and routine changes
- Work with Business unites to create details user requirements and test scripts.
- Drive release management processes with internal and external teams
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent experience
